The United Association (UA) Welder Program is sitrictly a volunatry educational program. Students will be invited to participate in the training at
no cost to them. The UA welder training program is competency based; students may progress at their own rate. This program requires a strong committment and consists of 40 hour weeks for 16 weeks at 8 hours
per day, Monday through Friday. All classes will be administered by UA training Instructors at a designated training center.
Students must havea high school diploma or GED. Students must have good eyesight , using corrective lenses if necessary.
